Fix "View or edit" behavior

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to MSP input editing panel

2. Click "View" icon on some webservice item - it displays related information:

3. Then click "View or edit" icon - nothing is displayed (note empty space on the right pane).

4. You can still edit your data by clicking "View or edit" on your country:
